Our management fee is competitive with the local market and structured as a percentage of nightly revenue, so we only do well when you do well. We’ll walk you through the exact numbers on our owner call once we understand your home.
No. We work on flexible terms because we believe we should earn your business every quarter, not lock you in with paperwork. Most of our owners stay with us for years, by choice.
Always. You block dates through our owner portal as far in advance or as last-minute as you like. It’s your home first. We just manage the rest of the calendar.
Our local team handles housekeeping between every stay. For maintenance, we have a trusted network of La Quinta vendors. Anything over a pre-agreed threshold is approved by you in writing first.
Couples, families, golf groups, wedding parties, and festival-goers, mostly returning or referred. Every booking is screened, every guest signs a rental agreement, and we set clear expectations up front.
It can, but the priority is our own direct-booking website where we keep the margin and the guest relationship. OTAs are a discovery channel, not a strategy.
